Privacy and cookies

This policy explains what personal data TRACE2TWILIGHT LDA (trading as DeluxHomes), Praça Comendador Joaquim Matias 16, 2445-267 Pataias, Alcobaça, Portugal, processes through deluxhomes.pt and why. Questions and requests: contact@deluxhomes.pt.

What we process and why

• Orders and quotations. Name, contact details, addresses, NIF and the items you buy, used to fulfil the contract, to issue a legal invoice and to meet tax obligations. Payment is handled by Stripe; invoice data is processed in Moloni, our certified invoicing software. We keep invoicing records for the period required by Portuguese tax law.
• Customer account. Our accounts are passwordless: a secure token in a cookie recognises your device. We store your profile details, saved room photos and visualizations, orders and personal discount codes so you can see them after signing in.
• Room visualizer. A photo you upload is sent to an AI image service (Google Gemini) solely to generate the visualization you requested. Generated images are stored in your account only when you choose to save them and can be deleted by you at any time.
• Contact. Messages you send through the contact form or by e-mail to contact@deluxhomes.pt, and our replies, are stored as one conversation so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Newsletter. Your e-mail address, only with your consent; every mailing contains an unsubscribe option.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the shop: our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU), Stripe (payments), Moloni (invoicing) and Google (visualizer AI, and analytics only if you accept cookies). We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict processing, by writing to contact@deluxhomes.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).

Cookies

Functional cookies that the site needs and that store no personal profile: your session, language choice, price display (with or without IVA), account token, the source of your first visit (kept up to 90 days for our own statistics) and your cookie choice itself.

Our own visitor statistics are cookieless and anonymous: we count visits with a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

Only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. You can withdraw that choice by clearing your browser data.
