Right of withdrawal (private clients)

As a consumer you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Let us know within that period, then return the items within 14 days: bring them to our warehouse (IC2 KM 102, Casal Boieiro, 2480-009 Pedreiras) or send them at your own cost. We refund with the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Conditions

Items must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. Opened boxes of tiles, cut-to-size or made-to-measure products, and items specially ordered from a manufacturer at your request are excluded from withdrawal, as Portuguese consumer law allows.

Business clients

Returns by business clients are accepted only by prior agreement and may be subject to a restocking charge set by the manufacturer.

Defects and warranty

The legal conformity warranty applies to every purchase. Report visible transport damage or missing items within 48 hours of collection or delivery, with photos where possible, and do not install affected material. We will repair, replace or refund as the law provides.
