Terms and conditions

DeluxHomes is a trading name of TRACE2TWILIGHT LDA, Praça Comendador Joaquim Matias 16, 2445-267 Pataias, Alcobaça, Portugal. Contact: contact@deluxhomes.pt. These terms apply to every order placed through deluxhomes.pt and to every quotation we issue.

Accounts and prices

Our webshop serves both construction professionals and private clients. Prices are visible after creating a free account. Business accounts see prices excluding IVA by default and private clients including IVA; you can switch the display at any time. The rate of IVA and the final amount are always shown before you confirm an order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; in that case you may cancel the affected order free of charge.

Quotations and orders

Products marked for quotation are offered without a listed price; the quotation we send is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Our staff can also prepare an order for you with agreed prices, in which case you receive a secure payment link by e-mail. An agreement is concluded when you complete payment or when we confirm your order in writing.

Payment

We accept card payments, MB WAY, Multibanco references and bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are reserved on the basis of a pro forma document and are processed once the amount is received. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Invoices are issued through certified invoicing software (Moloni) and sent to you by e-mail; they are also available in your account.

Collection and delivery

The standard option is free collection at our warehouse: DeluxHomes, IC2 KM 102, Casal Boieiro, 2480-009 Pedreiras, Portugal. We notify you when your order is ready. Delivery to your address is available on request; the cost depends on your postcode and the nature of the goods and is confirmed before dispatch.

Supplier territories

For a number of brands we hold distribution rights that are limited to our region. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, when supplying it would breach a territorial restriction agreed with the manufacturer.

Returns and complaints

Private clients have the legal right of withdrawal described on our Returns page. Complaints can be sent to contact@deluxhomes.pt; consumers may also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) linked in the footer. Portuguese law applies to these terms.
